Modica Consulting, LLC. is a certified GENERAC dealer. The technicians are factory-trained and certified from Generac to provide excellent service. Generac certified to cover warranty claims, diagnose problems with your generator, and offer repair services. Firmware updates can be done via Wi-Fi connections. All generator parts are inspected during an annual service call.
Modica Consulting LLC will perform one annual service inspection. This consists
of an oil change and installation of new air and oil filters, plus two spark plugs. We will also check for gas leaks and update the latest software to the controller.
The customer will be informed of any necessary Generator repairs found while performing maintenance. Additional repairs will be invoiced using standard labor rates and pricing for parts.

NON-Emergency interim service requests will be billed for trip/labor/parts rates.
